AbstractPlanetarygeartransmissioniswidelyusedinthemechanicaldevice,theoperatingstateoftheplanetarygearplaysanimportantroleontheentiredevice,sotheoperatingstateoftheplanetarygear-linemonitoringandfaultdiagnosisisparticularlyimportant.Faultdiagnosisbasedonthevibrationsignalisacommonmethodforgearfaultdiagnosis.So,amethodbasedontime-domainsynchronousaveragingcombinedwithwindowfunctionandimprovedindependentcomponentanalysismethodforextractionandseparationof theplanetarygearvibrationsignalispresented.The maincontentsareasfollows:Thepaper calculatestheparametersoftheplanetarygearboxandfindsoutthelawofthetransmission,Accordingtothefeatureofaparticularplanetarygearbackturnedtotheminimum number ofturnstothestartingpoint,thephotoelectricencodercanacquiresthewholecyclesignal,Researchonwindowfunctionleakagemechanismandproposetime-domainsynchronousaveragingcombiningwithwindowing functioncangetcompleteplanetarygearsignal;Inordertoisolateusefulfaultsignal,usetheimprovedFastICAalgorithmfault,thepaperresearchestheprinciple of fastindependentcomponentanalysisseparation,andcarriesoutan in-depthanalysisofanonlinearfunctionoftheobjectivefunctionofthealgorithm,findingthreenon-linearfunctionsof theoriginal algorithmaresocomplexthatthesoftwarecalculatesslowandaffecttheseparationtimeandeffect,becauseofthemultiplicationandadditioncharacteristics ofHuber-Mfunction,itiseaseandsimpletooperate,throughreplacingthenonlinearfunctionofFastICAalgorithmandgetthenewHM-FastICAalgorithm,andfinally,throughexperimentalanalysistoverifytheeffectivenessoftheseparation;Thispaperoptimizestheplanetaryvibrationsignalacquisitionsystem.Theexperimentanalysistheentirelifecycleoftheplanetarygearvibrationsignal,inordertogetdamagedsignalfaster,thispaperconsiderestheman-madedamage,usesthreesenorstoensure theaccuracyofthesignal,respectively,usingthe time-domainsynchronousaveragingmethodtode-noisethevibrationsignalacquisition,interceptionandfailurecharacteristicsoftheseparation.Experimentalresultsshowthatthemethodcannoton
