AbstractState-ownedassetsareallassetsandpropertyrightsownedbythestate.State-owned equityisthecorrespondingusufructandotherrightsbased on the proportion of funds,whichisformedbythestate-ownedassetsinjoint-stockenterprises.State-owned equityisanimportantpartofstate-ownedassets,anditsoperatingconditionclosely associatedwiththevalueofstate-ownedassets.Thereformofstate-ownedenterpriseshas alwaysbeentheimportantcontentoftheeconomicsystemreforminChina.Aspartofthe state-ownedassets management,State-ownedequityhas become ahot social issues.Inordertoexploretherelationshipofstate-ownedequityandcorporateperformance andlaythefoundationtotheresearchofstate-ownedassets,finallyrealizethe improvementofstate-ownedenterpriseperformanceandstate-ownedassetsoperation efficiency,thispapertakesempiricalapproachtostudytherelationshipbetween state-ownedequityandcorporateperformance.Researchmainlyusesthemethodof combinationofthemacroandmicrostudy.Themacrostudypartdiscussesrelatedviewsof thelayoutofstate-ownedassetsandstate-ownedassetsallocationprocess,thepresent situationandproblems,etc.Atthemicroresearchpart,thispaperselects227state-owned shareholding companiesfromthelistedcompaniesinChina’sstockmarketandinvestigates theinfluencesofstate-ownedequityontheperformanceofthecompanies.Researchresults showthattheproportionofstate-ownedshareshassignificantpositivecorrelationwith corporateperformanceandstate-ownedequity haspositiveeffectoncorporateperformance, whichcaninsomewayjustifythecorrectnessofthedirectionofthestate-ownedenterprise reform.Butfromtheperspectiveofstate-ownedequityrelationshipwithTobinQ,the state-ownedenterprisesmarketvalueisnotideal.Inthelast,basedontheconclusionfrom themicroandmacrostudy,thispaperputsforwardfourproposals:improvemanagement andoversightsystemofstate-ownedassets,continuetopromotethereformamongthe state-ownedenterprises,strengthentheconstructionofstate-ownedenterprises managers,improvethesocial responseabilityof state-ownedenterprises.Key words:State-ownedAssets；Pro
