The thesis will statistically analyse the plasma levels of BNP at different timepoints of pre-operation, intra-operation, and post-operation, and the correlationship between BNP in pre-operation and the indexes of cardiac functuion; study the changing trend of BNP at different time points before and afte operation; discuss the correlation between BNP and postoperative CO, CI, CVP, inotropic drug dosage; discuss the correlation between BNP and CO, CI, CVP, and study whether the release of BNP is related with myocardual ischemia.IIIResultsAfter the operation, the concentration of plasma BNP on two groups of patients was significantly increased, and reached to the peak on the first postoperative day, then gradually declined. The concentration of plasma BNP was still higher thanthat of preoperative level (p＜0.05) .
