AnditisalsofoundthattheoscillatingperiodandamplitudearebothdisturbedandincreasedquicklywhenL-cysteinewas injectedintothesystems,andthechangesintheoscillatingperiodandamplitudearelinearlyproportionaltothenegativelogarithmoftheconcentrationofL-cysteineinawiderrangeof5.36×10-4~3.35×10-7mol/Land7.85×10-4~3.96×10-6mol/L,withadetectionlimitof1.68×10-8mol/Land1.98×10-7mol/L，andtheregressioncoefficientisrespectively0.9934and0.9954(n=9).Possibleinfluencesofotheraminoacidson thedeterminationofL-cysteinearealsodiscussed.Qualitativerecognizationtosomesubstancesusingchemicaloscillatingreactioncanlargelyexpandapplicationfieldof thismethodandcorrelativereporthasnotbeenfoundsofar.Charpter Four: Simultaneous determination of L-cysteine andL-tyrosineusingonanoscillatingchemicalreactionArapidandconvenientmethodforthesimultaneousdeterminationofthemixtureofL-cysteineandL-tyrosineispresentedbasedupontheirperturbationoftheB-Zoscillatingsystem.WhenthemixtureofL-cysteineandL-tyrosinewasinjectedintotheCe(IV)-catalyzedB-Zoscillatingsystem,thechangeintheamplitudewas directedly proportional tothelogarithmofthe concentration of L- cysteine andL-tyrosineovertherange1.24×10-3~1.35×10-5mol/Land5.36×10-4~5.74×10-7mol/Lrespectively,Theproposedmethodallowsadirectsimultaneousandrapiddeterminationofthecompoundswithadetectionlimitdownto1.05×10-5mol/Land5.74×10-8mol/Lrespectivelyandregressioncoefficientsof0.9961and0.9973underthedeterminationconditions.Finally,thepossibleperturba
