AbstractAbstractThemedicalBultrasonicimagesareillegibilityandnakedeyeisdifficulttodistinguish.Atpresent,ontheclinical,doctordiagnosefattyliver,accordingtoexperiences.Sometime，thiskindofqualitativediagnosismethodleadtomisdiagnose,thecomputerassistancediagnosisbecamethedirectionofmedicinedevelopment.Withthedevelopmentofmedicineandcomputer,themedicalimagesquantification analysisbecameonemethodofthecomputerassistancediagnosis.Varioustypesofquantitymethodswhichthepeoplehadbroughtforwardincludingtheedgedetection,thenumberof spotcomputationaswellasthetextureanalysismethodaresummarizedinthisarticle.Contrasttoallthemethods,wediscoverthattextureanalysisisthemosteffectiveofall.Thetextureanalysisusedtoliverimagesincludesthestatisticalmethod,thewaveletanalysismethodaswellasthefractalmodel.Thestatisticalmethodandthewaveletmulti-resolution analysismethodresearchhaveobtainedsomeeffectivity,buttherateofaccuracyisnothigh, onlydividingtheimageintotwokindsofthenormalliversandthefattylivers.Inclinicalapplication,thefattyliverspathologicaldegreeisneededtoknow,therefore,inthisarticle,fractalmethodandthewaveletpacketanalysismethodareusedtoresearchfortheBultrasonicliverimages,dividingtheimageintothreekindsofthenormalliver,themildfattyliverandthespecificweightfattyliver.Finally,inordertobeconvenientfortheclinicalapplication,graphuserinterfaceused MATLAB has been designed .We extract roughness、energy features from 80 differentpathologyliverultrasonicimages.Itfindthatwhenthewaveletpacketmethodisusedtoextractfeatures,thefeaturesvalueofthenormalliver,themildfattyliverandthespecificweightfattyliveraredifferent,andalongwithfattyliverdegreeaggravating,thevalueof featureschangeregularly,sodoctorscantakethesefeaturestodiagnose.KeyWords:TextureAnalysis;Fractal;WaveletPacket;FeatureExtraction目录目录第1章绪论............................................................ 11.1 课题背景..........................................................11.2 本文研究的主要内容................................................21.2.1 研究的主
