Under the environment of supply chain, supplier evaluation is the basis of good supply chain partnership. In order to achieve high quality, low cost, good delivery assurance, timely services, rapid response to the market and good market competitive advantage, enterprises must find the best partners with the scientific method of the supplier evaluation. At present, most enterprises have not yet formed a comprehensive evaluation index system of evaluation on the supplier; they often use subjective impressions, clap decision-making, unable to make more comprehensive and objective evaluation for the outsourcing suppliers. The performance of this approach will give a negative impact on enterprises and ultimately affect the supply chain. In addition, in the process of the actual evaluation work, we cant take other industry or enterprise evaluation index set of industry or enterprise directly into their own use, because the conditions of enterprises or different industries are different, specific evaluation index in the evaluation process will play different roles, some evaluation indexes has strong industry attributes. Generally we consider using less main evaluation index in practice.
