In primary untreated AL patients, investigate the relationship between serum levels of Ang-2, VEGF and WBC in peripheral blood, blast cell of bone marrow, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), β2-microglobulin (BMG) and α-L fucosidase (AFU). At the same time, investigate the correlation between Ang-2, VEGF. Further to explore the correlation of Ang-2 and VEGF with the occurrence and development of AL. Through the study, provide the theoretical basis of antiangiogenesis therapy in AL.
