AbstractInthispaper,Ni-PamorphousalloywasfabricatedsuccessfullyonthesurfaceofAl18B4O33w/6061Alcompositebyelectrolessplatingtechnology.Thecorrosionresistanceofthecompositesurfacewasimprovedsignificantlyby electrolessplatingtreatment.Thebestplatingprocessparametersweregottenby studyingtheeffectsofbathtemperature,pH,sodiumcitrateconcentrationinthebathandplatingtimeonthecorrosionresistanceofcoatings.ThecoatingsurfacemorphologyandtheorganizationalstructurewerestudiedbySEM,TEMandXRD.TheresultsshowedthatthecoatingdepositednotonlyontheAlmatrix,butalsoonthesurfaceofwhiskers.Andthedefectionofthesubstratesurfacewastheeasilynucleationplaceforcoating.Astheincreasingofbathtemperature,bathpHvalueandelectrolessplatingtime,thecorrosionresistanceofcoatingwasimprovedsignificantlybythereasonoftheincreasingofdensity,PcontentandthethicknessofNi-Palloycoating.TheresultsofEISillustratedthatNi-Palloyfilmhadhighcorrosionresistance.Theself-repairingprogressofthefilmexistedintheinitialstageof immersingintheNaClsolution.TheradiusofthearcsinNyquistwasincreasedwith theincreasing ofimmerse time,and thendecreased asthecoatingsurface was infiltrated bycorrosivemedium.TheresultsofEDSshowedthatthePcontentonthesurfaceofcoatingafterdynamicpolarizationdecreasedbycomparewiththatofbeforecorrosion.Thehighcorrosionresistanceofcoatingcouldbeexplainedasfollows:Pon thesurfaceofcoatinghydrolyzedtoH2PO2-duringetchingsolution,whichpreventedthe Nidissolution.Keywords:Electrolessplating,Ni-Palloy,corrosion,amorphous目录摘要................................................................................................................................IAbstract............................................................................................................................II第1章绪论...................................................................................................................11.1 选题背景及意义...............................................................................................11.2 非晶态防护涂层的制备方
