无锡市惠山区社区健康教育与健康促进行动的挑战与思考 　　[摘 要]随着医学模式、疾病谱、死亡谱的转变发展，与社会心理和行为因素相关的慢性非传染性疾病的危害日益严重。满足人民群众健康需求的一个有效途径就是社区卫生服务，健康教育是社区卫生服务六大功能之重要部分，已成为医学中不可或缺的卫生资源。社区作为人们满足物质、文化、娱乐等生存与发展需求的基本单元，对于人的社会化及身心健康有着明显的作用与影响。社区中主要存在着心理疾患多、慢性疾病患病率高等健康问题，而这些问题大多是和吸烟、酗酒、不合理饮食、缺乏体育锻炼等不健康的生活方式密切相关的。 　　随着社会经济的发展，人们对健康要求越来越高，而由政府主导提供的健康教育服务，却不能满足社区群众的需要。针对这一问题，本文通过调研农村社区卫生服务 　　 　　Wuxi Huishan community health education and health promotion actions Challenges and Reflections 　　214171 Wuxi College of Technology Health, Wuxi XIA Yu-Dong 　　[Abstract] With the medical model, disease spectrum, spectral changes in the development of the death, and psychosocial and behavioral factors associated with chronic non-communicable diseases, an increasingly grave threat. With the socio-economic development, it is increasingly high demand for health, provided by the government-led health education services, but can not satisfy the community needs of the masses. To solve this problem, this paper studies rural community health services and health education to carry out the actual situation and to conduct research for example Wuxi Huishan.
