玫瑰茄多糖对电离辐射损伤小鼠抗氧化应激能力的影响 冯艳群,李 路,田树泰 李 静(吉林大学公共卫生学院,吉林省,长春,130021) [摘要] 目的 研究玫瑰茄多糖(PHSL)对电离辐射小鼠抗氧化应激能力的影响。方法 40只健康昆明小鼠常规喂养5d后,随机分为正常对照组(NC)、辐射对照组(IC)和低剂量PHSL给药组(300mg.kg-1.bw-1)、高剂量PHSL给药组(600mg.kg-1.bw-1),连续给药14d,末次给药后24h,对实验组小鼠进行一次性全身X射线均匀照射,总剂量为5.0Gy,于照射后24h处死,检测各组小鼠肝组织匀浆中过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果 与IC组比较,低、高剂量HSLP给药组小鼠肝组织匀浆中的CAT、SOD、GSH-Px活力明显升高(p0.05),MDA含量明显降低(p0.05)。结论 PHSL可以增强电离辐射小鼠抗氧化应激的能力。 [关键词] 玫瑰茄多糖;电离辐射;抗氧化应激 [中图分类号] R147 Effect of Polysaccharide of Hibiscus sabdariffa L. on Anti-oxidation Capability in Mice Irradiated by Ionizing Radiation FENG Yan-qun,LI Lu,TIAN Shu-tai,LI Jing(School of Public Health, Jilin University, Changchun, 130021)[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of polysaccharide of hibiscus sabdariffa L. on the capability of anti-oxidation in ionizing irradiated mice.Methods Fourty healthy male mice were randomly divided into normal control group (NC), irradiating control group (IC), low dose of PHSL irradiating group (300mg.kg-1.bw-1), and high dose of PHSL irradiating group(600mg.kg-1.bw-1) (n=10). The mice in PHSL groups were treated with PHSL by intragastric injection for 14 days.The mice in all groups except NC group were irradiated with 5 Gy X-ray on the fifteenth day. All the mice were executed at the 24th hour after radiation.Then examined the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), catalase (CAT) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the liver tissues of each group mice.Results Compared with IC group, the activity of CAT, SOD,GSH-Px in low and high dose of PHSL irradiating group were increased markedly (P0.05); the contents of MDA in low and high dose of PHSL irradiating groups were decreased significantly (P0.05).Conclusion PHSL can enhance the capability of anti-oxidation in ionizing irradiated mice.
