摘 要 分拣控制系统在各个行业都应用广泛：物流配送、邮政、采集、海运、仓管等行业得到广泛运用，分拣系统极大提升各单位生产效率。 初次设计后，进行了整体思路、流程调整。硬件组成方面适当优化调节各组成部分方位、并有细微角度修正，达到平稳系统运作、理想化传感器角度的目的。硬件整体调整完善后，开始软硬件协调测试，最终促成本设计中邮件输入、邮件输送、邮件分拣的系统过程。 本系统在机械自动化理念及分拣系统基础原理上，根据给定的要求,以邮件为对象选取PLC控制核心、MCGS监控软件的简单组合，进而设计出邮件安全分拣系统的控制和监控。将PLC做主控器,结合传感器应用等技术,能够实时监控和保障邮件的安全分拣。系统具有思路简明、运行稳定、分拣精度高、易控制的特点,若分拣对象改变,只需简单改动便可达到良好效果。 关键词：邮件分拣 安全平稳 传感器 PLC 监控软件 Abstract: Sorting control system in all sectors of society such as: logistics and distribution center, post office, mining, ports, terminals, warehouses and other industries are widely used, we can see that the sorting system can greatly improve the level of production enterprises efficiency.
