TD-SCDMA终端综合测试仪数字基带的研究与实现 摘 要 本文作者在所参与的研发项目中所承担的工作TD-SCDMA系统数字基带信号处理板的设计与实现。论文的主要内容如下： RESEARCH AND REALIZATION ON THE DIGITAL BASEBAND SIGNAL PROCESSING MODULE OF TD-SCDMA TERMINAL TEST SET ABSTRACT Paper presents the work that author has taken when participated in the project of Development of TD-SCDMA Terminal Test Set SP6010. This Test Set SP6010 integrates and achieves the functions of system simulator, signal generator and signal analyzer, and can accomplish terminal RF conformance test. In this project, author has acted as team leader of the hardware design group and participated in project investigation, specification and requirement, system design, hardware development and integration, focusing on realization of digital baseband signal processing module in the test set. The contents of this paper are described as follows. Analyze the functions of the SP6010, and analyze the hardware and software structures of the test set. Accomplish the requirements analyzing of the digital baseband signal processing module in the test set, including function requirements and interface requirements. Select the chips of the digital baseband signal processing module, and accomplish the realization of the DSP, FPGA, CPLD, clock, powe, reset sub modules in detail. Summarize the works and have an expectation on SP6010 about its support for multimode terminal testing. The content of the paper has been applied in the design and implementation of the SP6010. So far, SP6010 has passed a lot of verification, and has been used in many TD-SCDMA IC and terminal manufacturers.
