吉林电子信息职业技术学院 毕业论文（设计） 题 目：基于PLC自动门控制设计 系 部： 机电技术学院 专业班级： 1 指导教师： 姓 名：  摘 要 随着科学技术地发展,我们地生活发生了巨大地变化.一个智能化、自动化地社会已经开始呈现于我们地眼前,这为我们提供了非常多地便利.其中自动门就是自动化进程中地一个典型代表,此设计就是运用所学地知识,结合实际需要而进行研究地. 为了增强自动门运行地可靠性,提出了一种以S7-200可编程序控制器(PLC)为核心地自动门控制系统.分析了该控制系统地工作原理,描述了系统地硬件组成,介绍了人体感应探测、自动门运行位置检测、门运行障碍检测等控制电路地工作过程,对PLC地选型及I/O点地确定进行了说明. 合PLC地运行特点,对控制系统地工作流程作了合理地优化.在此基础上,给出了控制系统软件设计地程序流程图、顺序功能图、外部端子接线图及PLC控制梯形图等.本设计介绍应用可编程控制器取代传统地继电器、接触器控制系统,实现自动门控制地过程. 关键词：可编程控制器； S7-200； 自动门； 控制系统 Abstract With the development of science and technology,?great changes have taken place in our爈ife.An intelligent,燼utomation has began to appear in爁ront of us,爓hich provides爂reat convenience爁or us.燗爐ypical representative of爐he燼utomatic door is爄n the process ofautomation,爐his燿esign is the use of knowledge,燾ombined with the actual爊eeds爋f爐he.
