April 2009 摘要 kg焦炉试验中最佳配煤方案炼得的焦炭质量能达到南钢工业生产焦炭的标准。单孔焦的扩大性实验结果与40kg焦炉实验结果具有很好的一致性。 关键词:,,, ABSTRACT Over the last few decades,Coking coal prices rose substantially in domestic and international marketing. Good quality coking coal is becoming fewer and fewer and coking coal quality showed a downward trend year afer year.The supply of coking coal is become increasingly tense.many coking plants and scientific research units are seeking the means of coke coal quantity improvement for using non-coking coal totally or partly replace the costly coking coal. What this thesis eaplains is one new practical technology,simple and convenient,The coking raw materials including coal modifying additive(ZZZ) which was invented by Zhu Zizong and blend coal A and non-coking coal (hard coal and one kind of bituminous coal using as pulverized coal on blast furnace of Nanjing IS Co). Firstly,coal modifying additive was mixed into non-coking coal at various ratios,then they were mixed into blend coal A, and then blend coal were coked in 40kg coking oven.Finally,assess them by measuring blend coalcoke quality. The coking test of adding non-coking coal and coal modifying additive(ZZZ) into blend coal(A) was conducted on 40 kg coking-oven in Nanjing Iron Steel United Co., Ltd.From the experiment,results obtained as follows: (1) The optimal size of hard coal is less than 3 mm and 70% of which is less than 1mm. Proximately 85% of the bituminous used to spew in BF have a particle size less than 3 mm. (2)
