重庆大学本科学生毕业设计 基于C/S架构的 医疗管理系统的设计与实现 学 生： 学 号： 指导教师： 校外指导教师： 专 业： 自动化 重庆大学自动化学院 二OO七年六月 Graduation Design(Thesis) of Chongqing University Design of Social Insurance Medical Treatment Management Information System Undergraduate: Supervisor: Prof. Assistant Supervisor : Major: automatization Chongqing University June 2007  摘 要 随着科学技术的发展，信息技术的日益推广，以医院信息管理系统为核心的医院信息化建设已经成为医院管理现代化的要求。医院信息管理系统不仅要同其他所以的管理系统一样追踪、管理伴随人流、财流、物流所产生的管理信息，从而提高整个系统的运行效率，而且还应该支持以病人医疗信息记录为中心的整个医疗、教学、科研活动。 本文通过对国内外发展形势和内外部环境分析说明医院信息管理系统是医院现代化建设的必由之路。在对管理系统的业务进行详细分析后，确定了系统以PowerBuilder作为前台开发工具， Oracle数据库作为系统后台开发工具。在此基础上对系统进行了整体设计，在搭建好系统开发框架的基础上，对各个功能模块进行了详细设计。 本设计充分考虑到医疗管理系统中所需要的各种业务，实现了医疗费用审批、医疗费用审核、医疗费用报销、定点医疗机构结算、基础数据维护、信息查询、医保卡管理、医疗帐户管理等多种业务的界面设计。 由于使用了面向对象方法，采用了C/S架构方法对医疗管理系统进行设计，该系统界面友好，还有严格的权限控制，具有较高的实用性和可维护性、可扩充性和易操作性。 关键词：数据库、C/S架构、医疗管理系统  Abstract With the development of science and technology, information construction of hospital, which takes hospital information system as the core ,has become the demand of modernization of hospital management . The hospital information system not only tracing and managing the information produced by human being flow ,financial flow and matter flow to enhance the system working efficiency, but also supporting all medical, educational, and research activity which service to medical recording of patient The paper analysis of the internal and external developments and the external environment,the hospital information management system is requirement and only way for modernization of hospital building.
