X学院X专业（专科）毕业设计（论文）题目功率放大器设计姓名 X学号X指导老师 X完成日期2014.12.12教学系X摘要随着线性技术的不断发展和集成功放的性能，集成功率放大器越来越多地应用到了电子产品中。采用集成电路制作的功率放大器，因其制作较为简单、成本低廉、重放音质尚可，在一些主流中、低档的音响得到了大量的使用，而2.1声道的有源音箱又是主流中的热点。为了进一步地熟练运用所学的知识，我就以2.1声道功率放大器为课题，制作一个以NE5532和TDA2030A为主要的音频功率放大电路。NE5532是一种双运放高性能低噪声运算放大器。相比较大多数标准运算放大器，它显示出更好的噪声性能，提高输出驱动能力和相当高的小信号和电源带宽。这使该器件特别适合应用在高品质和专业音响设备，仪器和控制电路和电话通道放大器。TDA2030A是美国国家半导体公司九十年代初推出的一款音频功放电集成电路，采用TO-220封装，外围元件少，但是性能优异，具有频率响应宽和速度快等特点。本设计中的音频功率放大器是用12V的直流供电，采用的低音分离独立输出一个重低音声道和两个独立的左右声道。经过测试，作品具有良好的低音效果，实现了2.1声道功放的良好的低音效果。关键字：集成功放2.1声道NE5532TDA2030AAbstractWith the continuous development of a linear technology and integrated power amplifier performance, integrated power amplifiers used in more and more electronic products.
