A quasi-experimental design and pretest-posttest design was adapted. There were three independent variables : gender (male-majority, female-majority, and mixture), group size (small, medium, and large), and personal creativity (high, medium, and low). The dependent variable was group technological creativity. Analysis of Covariance was conducted to investigate the correlation and the inter-correlation within those independent variables in relation to the dependent variable. The main findings were: 1. there was a statistical significant difference in group technological creativity caused by group size, but no significant difference caused by gender and personal creativity. 2. inter-correlations were evident statistically for gender, group size, and personal creativity with group technological creativity.
