摘　　要 随着计算机技术和Internet的日新月异,宽带VOD视频点播技术因良好的人机交互性和流媒体传输技术倍受教育、娱乐等行业青睐。这里结合平台开发实例，阐述了基于Web的交互式视频点播系统的协议原理、软件结构和设计实现。 视频点播因延迟小和费用低而著称，是多媒体网络传输技术的发展方向。流媒体技术是一种新兴的网络传输技术，广泛应用于多媒体新闻发布、网上演示、在线直播、电子商务、视频点播、远程教育、实时视频会议等互联网信息服务领域。 本视频点播系统根据流媒体传输原理，在校园局域网的基础上模拟基于Web的视频点播系统，实现用户信息管理、视频文件的添加、删除、修改及在线播放和有哪些信誉好的足球投注网站功能。由于本系统是一个小型系统，所以我们采用基本的SQL数据库，易于实现。具体实现中将HTML、ASP.NET及Javascript完美融合，力求界面美观、操作流畅。 本文主要论述服务器端视频服务平台的搭建、管理功能的具体实现，并在此基础上对网络优化作相应的探索。 关键词：流媒体；SQL Server　　ASP.NET　　视频点播 ABSTRACT Along with computer network with Internet change for each passing day , broadband VOD video on demand technology because of its good human-computer interaction and streaming media transmission technical get the favours of profession such as education and amusement.In this paper, I elaborate systematic principle of the protocol, software structure and design realization based on Web interactive video of demand with combining ASP.NET platform development instances. The video on demand is famous for low delay and expenses, which is the direction of the development of multimedia network transmission technology. The streaming media technology is one kind of new network transmission technology, widely applies in the multimedia news issued, on the net demonstrates, electronic commerce, video on demand, distance learning, real-time video conference, online Internet information service domains and so on. According to the streaming media transmission principle ,This video on demand system imitates video on demand system based on the Web , realizes that users’information management and the functions of adding and deleting , modifing ,online playing and searching for video files on the basic upper local area network of the campus. Since this system is a small-sized system ,So we use the basic ACCESS database which is easy to realize.In specific ealization , I fuse HTML, ASP and Javascript perfectly ,try my best to make the interface beautiful , operate smoothly.
