一、设计题目:
带式输送机传动装置设计
工作条件:
某带式运输机,输送物品为粉粒物(如煤、砂等)、单向传动,工作中载荷平稳,滚筒效率0.96,工作年限10年,大修期限3年,每年工作300天,两班制工作,工作机允许速度误差+5%,在专门小工厂批量生产。
原始数据:

确定传动方案
根据工作要求和工作环境,选择展开式二级圆柱斜齿轮减速器传动方案。此方案工作可靠、传递效率高、使用维护方便、环境适用性好,但齿轮相对轴承的位置不对称,因此轴应具有较大刚度。此外,总体宽度较大。
