毕 业 设 计设计题目：开江县工业园区住宅楼施工组织设计学生姓名: 院系名称： 专 业： 土木工程 (造价工程方向) 学 号： 指导教师： 指导小组： 施工组织设计文件编制指导小组 签发日期: 摘 要 本工程为四川省开江县工业园区住宅楼，根据毕业设计的要求，结合本工程的具体情况和有关现行规范、定额等资料，编制的施工组织设计文件。通过该工程的施工组织设计，主要是了解和掌握工程施工的科学组织与管理，对主要分部分项工程施工方案、要素资源需求、施工进度计划、现场总平面布置建立系统化集成思维，为从事相关专业工作打下坚实基础。 本毕业设计为多层宿舍楼，总建筑面积约2610㎡，总层数为六层，建筑总高为19.05m，首层4.15m，其余层3m。上部采用框架结构，下部采用独立基础，包括主体工程的测量，土方，钢筋，模板，混凝土，架手架，墙面抹灰，墙体等进行了建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计。建筑方面考虑了符合本工程特点的建筑型式及功能要求，尽量设计为既有农居特色，又有现代特点，并且适应本地区特点。结构设计进行了建筑材料的选取，结构型式及尺寸的选取，荷载及其组合，构件内力和变形的分析计算以及配筋。通过熟悉设计资料和图纸，并结合相关的规范和定额算出整个工程量，合理安排施工顺序，充分合理地利用资源，在保证质量的前提下，努力提高效率，组织现场安全、文明施工及环境保护，从而确保工程的质量和安全。关键词：建筑设计、结构设计、独立基础、施工顺序AbstractThe graduation project is building multi-storey apartment building, with a total construction area ofabout 2610.36 square meters, the total number of layers is six, building a total height of 19.05m, the first layer of story is4.15m,the orthers are 3m.
