摘 要
本设计为28万吨/年甲醇精馏工段设计,主要概述了甲醇的生产工艺和精馏流程。三塔精馏流程具有能耗低、产品质量好、加压塔顶蒸汽可作为常压塔再沸器的热源等优点,本设计选择三塔工艺流程。浮阀塔板效率高分离精度好,本设计选用塔型为浮阀塔。
对甲醇精馏工段流程进行了物料衡算和能量衡算,对常压塔进行了主要工艺尺寸的计算:塔径3.0米,塔高30.58米,筒体、封头等壁厚均为10mm。根据计算结果对塔板进行流体力学验算,并绘制了塔板负荷性能图,对换热器和泵等附属设备进行计算与选型。
最后对车间布置进行了设计,非工艺条件的选择。并绘制出带控制点的工艺流程图、塔设备图和设备布置图。

Abstract
The design of methanol distillation section design, which annual output is 2.8 million tons, mainly summarized the methanol production process and distillation processes. Three-column distillation was used in this design for its low energy consumption, good quality of products and the steam of pressurizing rectifying tower top that can be used as heat source of the atmospheric column reboiler. And as the tower model of this design, float valve tower was applied for its high plate efficiency and good separation accuracy.
Material balances calculation and heat balance were carried out for the whole process of methanol distillation section, especially for normal pressure distillation column. By the calculation of main technological dimension, the size of atmospheric distillation column was determined that the diameter and height are 3.0m and 30.58m respectively, and the thickness of cylindrical shell and standard elliptical head is 10mm. Based on the computed result, much research about tower plate has been done, such as hydrodynamics checking and the capacity graph of valve tray column. Calculation and type selection were carried out for accessory equipment, mainly for heat exchanger and pump.
Finally, the workshop layout was designed, the non-processing was selected, the control points of process flow diagram, methanol distillation equipment general layout of equipment and plant were drawn.
