论文题目：╳╳ 学科专业：╳╳ 学 生：邓╳╳ 签名： 指导教师：王╳╳ 签名： 摘 要 灌溉农业是我国农业和农村经济发展的基础。大型灌区不仅是我国农业生产和农村经济发展的主力军，而且在整个国民经济和社会发展中都具有举足轻重的战略地位。本文的主要研究目的，是针对陕西省东雷二期抽黄工程，利用计算机技术、网络技术和现代通讯技术，研究并实现灌区水务的自动化管理。从而提高灌区的管理效率和水资源的利用效率，最终改善灌区管理水平落后的现状。 本文全面分析了灌区的业务需求、水务现状、研究进展等问题，并确立了以水费管理为核心的灌区水务管理解决方案。根据工程的总体目标和需求，本文首先对灌区机构、业务流程、功能模块进行了深入分析，并在此基础上，对系统进行功能设计、数据库设计、开发环境设计、技术路线设计、界面设计。开发实现过程中，本文采用了C/S加B/S的模式，应用的主要技术是VB和.NET框架，主要开发工具包括Visual Studio 6.0 、Visual Studio 2003、Power Designer 6.0、SQL Server 2000等。 灌区水务管理系统现已成功应用于灌区的实际环境中，实现了包括水费管理、系统管理、报表分析、触摸屏查询、电话语音查询等重要功能，显著提高了灌区的管理水平和工作效率，有效推动了灌区水利产业的科学化、现代化、信息化。本论文研究成果对其他灌区的水务管理以及系统开发有重要的参考价值。 关键词：灌区信息化；水务；水费管理；.NET；VB Title: TH Major: Compu eory Name: Xi ng signature： Supervisor: Prof. Xin ang signature： The irrigation farming is the foundation of our countrys agriculture and rural economic development.The large-scale irrigation area not only is the main army of our countrys agricultural production and the rural economic development, but also has the pivotal strategic position in the entire national economy and the social development.The main research goal of this paper is,aim at the Shanxi Donglei Irrigation Project(Phase II) by pumping water from the Yellow River, research and realize the automated management of irrigation water affair by using the computer technology、network technology and modern communications technology.Thus, the irrigation area managerial effectiveness and the water resources using efficiency will be enhanced.Finally, the backward present situation of irrigation area will be improved.
