加强护理在预防及控制儿科病房院内感染中的应用价值【摘要】目的探讨加强护理在预防及控制儿科病房院内感染中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月-2016年12月我院收治的住院患儿600例，随机分为两组，对照组应用常规护理，研究组应用加强护理，对比两组患儿医院感染发生情况。结果两组患儿不同季度的院内感染发生情况对比方面，研究组患儿各个季度发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患儿不同部位的院内感染发生情况对比方面，研究组患儿各个部位发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患儿监护人的护理满意度对比方面，研究组患儿监护人满意度显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论儿科患儿因为免疫功能弱以及自理能力差，同时受侵袭性操作、广谱抗生素应用等因素的影响而容易出现院内感染，这就需要医务工作人员做好检验工作，强化检验质量控制，在此基础上加强护理干预，完善护理管理制度，严格执行消毒隔离措施，合理设定探视制度，从而最大限度避免院内感染发生。【关键词】检验；护理；儿科病房；院内感染；应用价值And to strengthen the nursing in the prevention and control of pediatric ward infection in the application value【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of nursing in prevention and control of nosocomial infection in pediatric ward.
