危险品类物流企业绩效评价问题研究摘 要：由于石油和能源工业、化学的大幅度发展，化学产品的用量、产量的数量也随之上升，作为基础原料的危险品，在流通上呈现上涨的趋势，而各处的需求量增大，使用范围也在增广。危险化学品无论是在原料的运输储存，还是在其生产、加工，以至于后面的存储上都有易爆炸、易污染和易腐蚀的特性，时常会因为一些人为的原因，或者说是环境的原因而导致爆炸腐蚀等巨大的伤害，轻者是危险品的流失，重者造成人员的伤亡，环境的严重污染或者是财产的损失等。本篇文章会对化学危险品的特性进行阐释，还会对物流的绩效评价的方法及其影响因素进行说明。极尽完善的说明化学危险品的自我特性和在流通中对物流的影响，同时会对危险品物流企业的绩效评定体系进行一个深入的分析，着重说明物流安全成本对于危险品物流企业有多么重要，还会对针对危险品物流企业的绩效评定的结果来进行一个分析，然后给到相应的措施。在一些经验基础上做出总结，使得相同的企业能够受用。关键字:绩效评价；危险化学品；物流成本Risk category logistics enterprise performance evaluation researchAbstract：In recent years, with the rapid development of petroleum, chemical and energy industries, the variety of chemicals, production and consumption. Fully considering the characteristics of dangerous chemicals and its influence on logistics, the reality of dangerous goods logistics enterprise performance evaluation system analysis; Illustrate the importance of logistics security costs for dangerous chemicals production enterprise, the effect of dangerous chemicals production enterprise logistics performance evaluation were analyzed, and improvement measures are proposed.
