河南科技大学毕业设计（论文）吡虫啉拌种对不同品系小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响姓名李绍晨院（系）林学院专业植物保护指导教师车志平2015年6月8日吡虫啉拌种对不同品系小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响摘要近年来，吡虫啉作为拌种剂越来越受到人们的关注。吡虫啉（imidacloprid）是一种新型烟碱类超高效杀虫剂，具有广谱、持续时间长、低毒、低残留、害虫不易产生抗性及无交互抗性等优点；且对人、动物、植物以及天敌等安全；具有触杀、胃毒和内吸等多重作用。本实验采用纸床法，使用不同剂量的吡虫啉对五种不同品种或品系小麦种子（70、11、06156、周麦18和11穗136）进行拌种，研究其对萌发及幼苗生长的影响。实验结果表明，有效成分为50%的吡虫啉可湿性粉剂在4000倍液（每克药剂配4000 mL水）拌种时，对所测五种小麦种子的发芽指数和发芽势显著优于不拌种小麦种子；大于该浓度时，对五种小麦种子均具有抑制作用；小于该浓度时，无显著差异。该药剂在4000倍液时对所测五种小麦种子的发芽率也具有一定的促进作用，但作用不明显，其发芽率主要与小麦品种有关。通过此试验的研究，初步确定了该药剂对五种不同品种或品系小麦种子的最佳拌种浓度，为今后实际生产提供了一定的理论基础和指导意义。关键词：吡虫啉；小麦；发芽率；发芽指数；发芽势IMIDACLOPRIDONDIFFERENTSTRAINSOFWHEATSEEDGERMINATIONANDSEEDLINGGROWTHABSTRACTIn recent years, the imidacloprid get more and more peoples attention as seed dressing agent. Imidacloprid is the ultra highly effective nicotiniums pesticide, has broad-spectrum, highly effective, low poisonous, remains lowly, the harmful insect not easy to have the resistance, to characteristics and so on human, livestock, plant and natural enemy security, and has the tag-out, the stomach poisonous and systemic action and so on.This experiment uses the paper bed process, researched the influencethat different doses of imidacloprid on different variesties of wheat seeds. The result indicated that, the effective component is 50%imidaclopridwettability medicinal powder, (each gram medicament matches when 4000 time of fluids the 4000mL water) dresses seeds, the wheat seed germinates the index, the germination tendency obviously surpasses does not dress seeds the wheat seed; When is bigger than this density, has the inhibitory action to the wheat seed; When is smaller than this density, not remarkable difference; Also has certain promoter action to its wheat seeds germination percentage, but the function is not obvious, its germination percentage mainly concerns with the wheat variety.
