本科毕业论文(设计) 题 目： 卡拉胶溶液特性测定及纺丝性研究 学 院： 专 业： 姓 名： 指导教师： 2010年 月 日 卡拉胶特性测定及纺丝性研究 Spinning study and test for the properties of Carrageenan 摘 要 本文对各种卡拉胶中硫酸基的含量，卡拉胶的凝胶温度，各种卡拉胶溶液的成丝情况及丝的性能等做了详尽的描述，为使卡拉胶溶液的凝胶温度降低，而成丝效果不会下降，对其凝胶温度进行的优化实验。实验结果发现：不同类型卡拉胶中硫酸基的含量存在差别，其中以ι-型的含量最高，λ-型和κ-型的含量相差不多，混合型的含量最少；各种卡拉胶溶液的凝胶温度均随浓度的增加而增加，但不同类型卡拉胶在同一浓度时的凝胶温度不同；各类型卡拉胶的成丝情况也存在差别，其中以ι-型卡拉胶的成丝情况最佳，其次是κ-型卡拉胶，混合型卡拉胶溶液成丝效果最差；在卡拉胶凝胶温度优化实验中未能找到合适的试剂。 关键词：卡拉胶 卡拉胶的结构 硫酸基含量 凝胶温度 纺丝性 溶解性 ABSTRACT The article makes a detailed description on the sulfate content of various carrageenan,the gel temperature of different types of carrageenan,the performance to make filament and the properties of the filament of carrageenan after a large number of experiments; and for the target to make the gel temperaturelower and the performance to be filament do not drop,a optimization experiment is done.It was found that:the sulfate content is differnent of different carrageenan,the content of ι-type is highest , the conntent of κ-type and λ-type are similar,the content of mixed type is least;the gel temperature increased with the increasing of concentration of various types of carrageenan,but the gel temperature at the same concentration is different for different types of carrageenan;the performance to be filament is also different for different types of carrageenan,the ι-type is the best one,then is the κ-type,the mixed type is the worst;Suitable reagent is filed to be found in the experiment to make the gel temperature better.
