基于PLC的煤气柜自动控制设计 摘 要 PLC控制是目前工业上最常用的自动化控制方法，由于其控制方便，能够承受恶劣的环境，因此，在工业上优于单片机的控制。PLC将传统的继电器控制技术、计算机技术和通信技术融为一体,专门为工业控制而设计,具有功能强、通用灵活、可靠性高、环境适应性强、编程简单、使用方便以及体积小、重量轻、功耗低等一系列优点,因此在工业上的应用越来越广泛。 本文主要讲述PLC的煤气柜自动化控制系统中的应用，本文的煤气柜是指在鞍钢燃气厂150000 M3焦炉煤气柜。实现对高炉煤气柜、焦炉煤气柜、焦炉煤气加压机、油泵等设备的启停和安全保护。该控制系统满足了工艺需求,实现了整个工艺流程的自动检测、控制及管理监视,提高了煤气存储及输送的操作效率。为了提高系统的可靠性，采用冗余系统来实现数据的采集和对现场机械设备的连锁自动控制。此外，监控软件RSView32作为一种标准的人机界面被用于监控工业生产的动态过程。以PLC 为主控制器,结合传感技术、位置控制等技术现场监控工业生产动力过程。 关键词：PLC；冗余系统；自动控制系统 Abstract PLC control is the most commonly used industrial automation control method, because of its convenient control to withstand an adverse environment, it is better than MCU control in the industrial.
