本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 网络环境下我国政府 管理模式的选择与创新 姓 名： 魏真瑜 学 号： 240698212 系 别： 人文社会科学系 专 业： 行政管理 年 级： 2006级 指导教师： （签名） 2010年 月 日 网络环境下，我国政府管理模式的选择与创新 摘要 近年来，世界各国都在普遍追求利用现代先进计算机信息技术，改进传统政府管理模式，重塑政府形象。中国政府管理模式也需要变革，需要选择一种适合社会发展的管理模式来替代旧的管理模式。我国从1949年建国开始到现今2009年，经历了转折期、发展期（这句斟酌一下）。我国的政府管理模式需要随着我国国情及国际环境的变化而变化。对我国在网络环境下进行政府管理模式的选择与创新的若干问题进行探讨具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。 本文首先主要阐述网络环境下政府管理模式的基本理论，而后通过学习和借鉴国外经验，进行实例讨论总结，得出对我国政府管理模式转变的启示，最后针对以上论述，分析我国存在的问题，提出对我国在网络环境下进行政府管理模式的选择与创新的建议，引用国内实例进行分析，结合实际，探寻阻碍因素，并提出解决对策。 关键词：网络环境，电子政务，政府管理模式 Network environment, the Chinese Governments choice and innovation in management Abstract In recent years, countries in the world are pursuing common: the use of modern advanced computer information technology to improve traditional government management, reinventing government.
