The subject is about the design of Quadrate plate mold and process analysis. The cover die-casting piece in this design is Quadrate plate mold. The maximum shape dimension is 60×60 mm ,and the inside hole dimension is 20×20 mm, Casting wall thickness, material for aluminum alloy ZL101A.Considering the annual output, the equipment of the factory and the requirement of precision of the plastic product, one cavities in a mould. Based mainly on parts of the design integrity of the structure and size, it scheme out the required spare parts. Design elements include: design of gating system, forming part design, core-pulling mechanism design, the ejector design and the mold body structure design. In order to make the static and dynamic model can accurately move, we use the cooperation of the guide-post and guide-sleeve in oriented positioning system. The knockouts uses once ejecting mechanism that lifter pushes out.，and the gating system adopts side runner. And access relevant parameters calculated to determine the gating system and overflow the size of various parts of the system and the casting process parameters, draw a rough diagram and process diagram casting.
