2010年我国城乡居民脑卒中疾病负担研究 刘晓婷,2 李镒冲1 姜勇1 胡楠1 赵文华3 【摘要】目的 综合评价2010年。方法 通过2010年全国疾病监测系统脑卒中死因监测数据2010年中国慢性病监测数据库18岁以上居民脑卒中自报发病率，标化后按照全球疾病负担研究方案，YLD率、DALY率。按地区别、城乡别、性别、年龄别分层分析我国居民脑卒中的死亡负担和失能负担的分布特征及趋势。2010年我国18岁及以上居民脑卒中自报为5.3‰6.0‰，女性4.6‰。我国男性DALY率为41.77‰，‰，占男性DALY的69%，我国女性DALY率为32.35‰，YLD率为22.72 ‰，占女性DALY的77%。DALY率YLD率城市明显高于农村；各疾病负担指标从30岁起随年龄增长明显升高，不过YLD率在高年龄组有所下降。结论 我国脑卒中失能负担占总疾病负担的比例已经超过死亡负担；中部地区疾病负担较重，死亡负担农村高于城市失能负担城市高于农村 【关键词】 脑卒中；疾病负担； 伤残调整寿命年； Estimation of the Burden of Stroke in China in 2010 LIU xiao-ting*,LI yi-chong, JIANG yong, HU nan, ZHAO wen-hua; *National Center for Chronic and Non-communicable Disease Control and Prevention, Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Beijing, China,100050.Xia men Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Fujian,CHINA,361021. 【Abstract】 【Objectives】o examine the burden of stroke in China in 2010.【Methods】YLL rate caused by stroke utilizing data from national death cause surveillance system in 2010. Self-reported incidence was estimated by using data from 2010 China NCD (Non-communicable and Chronic Disease) surveillance and was standardized by 2010 Chinese population released by National State Statistics Bureau. Finally, the YLL rate ,YLD rate and DALY rate of Stroke by time, age, gender, urban/rural areas, and geographical regions were estimated following the Global Disease burden research manual. 【Results】A total of 5.3‰ of Chinese residents aged 18 years or over reported they suffered from stroke(6.0‰for males and4.6‰ for females). The The DALY rate of males was 41.‰, and YLD rate was 28.74‰, 69% of which was accounted for by YLD. The DALY rate for females was 32.35‰, 77% of which was accounted for by YLD. Except YLD rate was decreasing in older people, these indices of burden of stroke increased rapidly with increasing age among individuals aged 30 years or over, with men higher than women and urban areas higher than rural areas.
