本科学生毕业设计 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 二一年六月 The Graduation Thesis for Bachelors Degree The Molding Process and Mold Design of The Escalator Sundry Cleaner Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 2012-06·Harbin 摘 要21世纪最有前途的行业之一。据统计，注塑模具约占塑料成型模具数量的一半以上，因此，研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产和提高产品的质量有很大的意义。 本设计是滚梯杂物清洁器成型工艺及模具设计。通过对塑件各方面的成型条件和成型工艺的分析等，合理地选择注塑机的型号为JX-1500，型腔设计为一模两腔、阶梯分型面、侧浇口等。首先用Proe等三维造型软件对塑件进行三维实体造型，之后利用塑料模拟分析软件Moldflow模拟塑件的成型过程，主要对最佳浇口位置、充填、冷却、流动、翘曲等进行分析，通过分析结果优化成型工艺参数及模具结构，最后利用 Proe完成模具的三维实体造型，并用AutoCAD完成工程图。 关键字：Proe；Moldflow ABSTRACT China Plastics Industry after a long struggle and globally oriented open,already formed the industrial system with more complete class,and racing together bridle to bridle with Steel,cement and timber becoming based material industry.As a kind of new material,its use in the field is far beyond the above three kinds of materials.It is one of the most promising industry in the 21st century.According to statistics,injection mold has the very big significance for understanding the plastic product,s production process and improving the product quality. The design is the molding process and mold design of the escalator cleaner.Through the plastic parts all aspects of forming conditions and the analysis of the forming technology, a reasonable choice of injection molding machine model is JX-1500,and design injection mold of a two-cavity,the parting surface of ladder,rectangular side of the gate.By using the Pro/e software the 3D solid component is made.In the design process,the paper in detail describes simulation of plastic parts molding process by using the simulation software Moldflow,and mainly analysises the best gate location,filling,warpage and so on.Through simulation results optimizes molding process parameters and mold structure.Finally the assembling drawing three-dimensional solid of injection molding is completed by using Pro/e,and the drawing is completed by using AutoCAD.
