本科学生毕业论文 大庆市市区公共加油加气站布局规划 黑 龙 江 工 程 学 院 The Graduation Thesis for Bachelors Degree Layout Planning of Urban Public Petrol and Pilling Stations in Daqing City Heilongjiang Institute of Technology 摘　　要 随着汽车工业的不断发展，各国机动车拥有量也不断增多，世界对石油、液化石油气的需求也不断增加，城市加油加气站作为石油石化行业在各大城市设置的成品油终端销售系统，是汽车加注油品的主要场所，在社会经济活动中发挥着重要作用，因而规范合理的建设加油、加气站显得尤为重要。本论文就是在这种形势的驱动下，结合国内外加油加气站的建站理念以及研究方法，分析了影响加油加气站布局的相关因素，并根据加油加气站的布局规范原理，改善了大庆市现有加油加气站的不合理布局，预测了未来大庆市加油加气站的整体规模，提出了一个完整的选址布局方案。 本人通过对大庆市区现有加油加气站的实地调查，根据《汽车加油加气站设计与施工规范原理》，找出现有加油加气站布局的不合理性，提出整改意见和合适方案；同时运用指数平滑法、指数增长模型等一系列预测方法对预测出大庆市区规划年的人口数、GDP值，运用二元线性回归法等预测方法预测出2020年大庆市区所需油气量，从而预测出2020年大庆市区加油加气站的整体规模，并提出选址布局方案。同时从服务半径、主次干道分布以及对交通影响与安全性方面分析评价规划年大庆市区加油加气站的整体布局方案，验证了方案的可行性，也为合理建设大庆市区加油加气站提供理论上的支持，同时也为其它地区加油加气站的建设提供参考和依据。 关键词：加油加气站；选址；布局；规划；评价 ABSTRACT With the development of auto industry, motor vehicles are increasing more and more in the world, and the demand of oil, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are also in growing day by day ;urban gas, petroleum and petrochemical industry in refueling LPG stations as cities set oil terminal sales system,it’s the main place for motor vehicles filling oil or gas ,and it plays an important role in the social economic activities, so construct the petrol and LPG stations in a reasonable and normative way is particularly important.This thesis is just in this situation, based on the concept of establishing refueling LPG stations and research method, analyse the related factors which influence the layout of refueling LPG stations,and based the regulating principle on the layout of refueling and LPG stations , at last improved the existing refueling LPG stationss unreasonable layout, forecast the overall size of refueling stations in the future of Daqing City,and a complete site layout program was put forward.. According to the field investigation on the existing refueling LPG stations in DaQing city, baced the decision on automobile code for design and construction principle, find out the layout of irrationality
