精品论文 参考文献 过期妊娠合并羊水过少临床分析研究 王郁青 　　（四川省凉山州妇幼保健院 四川 凉山州 615000） 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨过期妊娠合并羊水过少的临床特征。方法：选取2013年8月至2014年11月我院收治的过期妊娠合并羊水过少患者30例以及过期妊娠但羊水正常的孕妇30例，对所有孕妇进行临床观察。结果：观察组的羊水胎粪污染率、胎儿呼吸窘迫率以及新生儿窒息率都明显高于对照组，观察组孕妇的剖宫产胎儿窒息率与阴道自然分娩胎儿窒息率明显高于对照组（Plt;0.05），有统计学意义。结论：过期妊娠合并羊水过少的孕妇，妊娠之后的羊水胎粪污染率、胎儿呼吸窘迫率以及新生儿窒息率相对较高，孕妇的剖宫产胎儿窒息率与阴道自然分娩胎儿窒息率也较高，过期妊娠合并羊水过少严重影响着围生儿的生命健康，需要适当放宽对于孕妇剖宫产的相关指征，改善围生儿的预后效果。 　　【关键词】过期妊娠；羊水过少；羊水正常；临床分析 　　【中图分类号】R714.21 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028（2015）7-0111-02 　　Expired pregnancy with oligohydramnios clinical analysis research 　　Wang yuqing 　　（Liangshan prefecture in sichuan province 615000 maternity and childrens health care centers） 　　 　　【Abstract】objective: to study the expired and clinical features of pregnancy with oligohydramnios. Methods: to choose between August 2013 and November 2013, our hospital expired pregnancy with 30 patients with oligohydramnios and expired but the amniotic fluid of 30 cases of normal pregnant women, pregnancy for all pregnant women in clinical observation. Results: observation group of amniotic fluid meconium contamination rate, rate of fetal respiratory distress and neonatal asphyxia rate were significantly higher than the control group and observation group of pregnant women in the cesarean delivery rate of fetal distress and vaginal natural childbirth fetal asphyxia rate is significantly higher than control group (P lt; 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: expired pregnancy with oligohydramnios pregnant women, pregnancy after amniotic fluid meconium contamination rate, rate of fetal respiratory distress and neonatal asphyxia rate is relatively high, pregnant women the cesarean section rate of fetal distress and vaginal delivery rate of fetal distress is higher also, expired pregnancy with oligohydramnios affects the circumference begat life and health seriously, need to relax appropriately for pregnant women related indications of cesarean section, to improve the perinatal prognosis effect. 　　【Key words】e
