毕 业 设 计 题 目： 《铸件形成理论》CAI课件研制 院、 系： 材料科学与工程学院 金属材料系 姓 名： *** 指导教师： *** 系 主 任： *** 2010 年 7 月 1 日 《铸件形成理论》CAI课件研制 摘要 现在，铸造已经成为现代科学技术三大支柱之一的材料科学的一个重要组成部分。 铸件形成理论课程更是金属材料工程专业铸造模块的重要专业基础课。其任务是阐明液态金属在铸型中形成铸件的基本规律，铸件凝固组织的形成及其控制，以及由于金属的铸造条件的原因而产生的主要铸造缺陷的形成机理、影响因素和防止措施。使学生在学完本课后对铸件形成的实质有深入的了解，能够从本质上认识和分析铸件形成过程中所产生的问题和提出解决途径，并能够提出改进铸件凝固组织的原则措施，不断提高铸件的质量。 但是一些铸件成形方面的工艺流程理论上太过于抽象，不易于学生记忆与理解。而多媒体课件则解决了这一问题，用多媒体课件可用简单具体的动画、图片来形象具体的展现出来使得学生更能直观的了解铸件形成的工艺过程。在现代教学中，运用多媒体技术已经成为了时代的要求。因此我们应大力发展多媒体教学，来更好的服务于教育事业并不断推动它的时代改革。 关键词　 铸件 ； CAI ； 多媒体课件 “Casting formation theory CAI courseware development Abstract Now, the casting has become an important part of materials science which is one of the three pillars of modern science and technology. Formation theory course is a major basic course modules of casting engineering. Its task is to clarify the liquid metal in the casting mold to form the basic law, Casting Solidification and Its Control, As well as the reasons for the metal casting conditions arising from the formation mechanism of the major casting defects, influencing factors and prevention measures.In this lesson the students would have a deep understanding after completion of casting the substance of the formation and able to understand and analyze the essence castings produced in the formation of the problems and propose solutions and to suggest improvements to the principle of casting solidification measures to improve the quality of castings. But some aspects of casting forming process theory too abstract and difficult to remember and understand for the students. The multimedia courseware have solved this problem, multimedia courseware can be simple with a specific animation, image so that students exhibited more intuitive understanding of the casting formation process.
