To the accompaniment of an increasing number of the office building ,on the one hand,these buildings have a high quality in their facades and construction standard,on the other hand,they requires the property management have a good service.Howere,the property management has been regarded as an important standard to judge the quality of an office building,which is playing an increasingly important role in the running and operation of the office building.To analyze and search the development trend of the property management of the futural office building,to my mind,it s worth and meaningful.
