齐 齐 哈 尔 大 学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目 亚智科技有限公司财务预算问题研究 学 院 经济与管理学院 专业班级 工商管理（财务管理）0911班 学生姓名 指导教师 成 绩 2013 年 6 月 13 日  摘 要 众所周知财务预算对企业起着重中之重的作用，也被誉为是现代企业最权威的财务管理系统。也就是说，做好预算管理，使之为企业的生产运营有更好的收益，成为了衡量现代企业的财务管理是否完善、能发挥出最最有效作用的标准[1]。本篇文章参照了财务预算方向的知识，在对亚智公司进行研究分析之前，首先对财务预算国内外的研究现状进行了概述，其次对亚智公司财务预算的管理模式做了简单的介绍。还对现金预算、预计利润表、预计资产负债表等预算内容，固定预算、增量预算、定期预算的预算方法进行了论述与分析。 并将这些理论知识与亚智公司的实际情况相结合，找出该公司在财务预算运用中存在着不重视企业财务预算工作和预算流程没有被明确等问题并提出调整企业结构等许多解决对策，希望企业在以后的工作中可以对其自身不断地检讨反思并进行调整，从而实现企业盈利。 关键词： 财务预算；管理系统；企业盈利； Abstract ???
