精品论文 参考文献 腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效的比较 【摘要】目的 分析和探究腹腔镜与开腹手术对于异位妊娠患者的临床治疗效果。方法 随机抽取了我院在2015年1月-2016年1月收治的90例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗，而对照组患者给予了传统开腹手术治疗，然后对两组患者的各项手术指标及术后恢复情况进行记录和对比。结果 实验组患者的手术时间（50.3plusmn;3.4）min高于对照组（42.1plusmn;2.7）min，而术中出血量（42.1plusmn;5.4）ml、离床时间（1.0plusmn;0.7）d、术后肛门排气时间（15.3plusmn;4.2）h、住院时间（3.1plusmn;1.3）d等指标均低于对照组（48.4plusmn;5.7）ml、（1.5plusmn;0.9）d、（19.3plusmn;5.1）h、（6.2plusmn;1.7）d，同时实验组患者的术后月经恢复时间（31.4plusmn;5.1）d、工作恢复时间（24.1plusmn;7.2）d、性生活恢复时间（33.0plusmn;10.2）d等均早于对照组（35.7plusmn;5.6）d、（35.5plusmn;8.5）d、（42.3plusmn;10.9）d，他们之间的数据差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在对异位妊娠患者进行治疗时，采用腹腔镜手术治疗可以有效改善患者的各项临床和手术指标，治疗效果明显好于传统开腹手术治疗。 　　【关键词】腹腔镜；开腹手术；异位妊娠；临床效果 　　Comparison of the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy 　　[Abstract]Objective to analyze and explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods a random sample of our hospital in January 2015 - 2016 January 90 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in the experimental group received laparoscopic surgery in the treatment, while the control group was treated with the traditional open surgery and the two groups of patients with the indications for surgery and postoperative recovery were recorded and compared.
