精品论文 参考文献 胆道镜治疗胆总管结石疗效观察 周敏 　　四川省安岳县第三人民医院 四川安岳 642350 　　中图分类号: R657.4 文献标识码:A 　　摘要：目的：观察胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的临床治疗疗效。方法：回顾分析2014年6月至2015年6月期间在我院治疗的72例胆总管结石患者临床资料，按照入院时间将其分为观察组和对照组，每组36例患者。观察组患者采用胆道镜进行治疗，对照组患者采用开腹手术胆总管切开取石治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗疗效。结果：72例患者手术均成功，观察组患者在手术时间、住院费用方面与对照组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，但观察组患者在术中出血量、切口长度、术后下床时间、肛门排气时间及术后并发症发生率方面效果均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：胆道镜治疗胆总管结石术中创伤小，下床活动时间早，术后并发症发生率较低，充分发挥了胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的优势，值得在临床中推广和应用。 　　关键词：胆道镜；胆总管结石；疗效观察 　　Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of common bile duct stones with bile duct endoscopy. Methods: a retrospective analysis was made in 2014.6 ~2015 .6 during the month of June in our hospital for the treatment of 72 cases of bile duct stones in patients with clinical data, according to the time of admission will be divided to observation group and control group, each group of 36 patients. The observation group were treated with biliary endoscopy, and the control group was treated with open operation. To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients. Results: the surgery was successful in all the 72 cases, the observation group in operation time, hospitalization costs and the control group, the difference had no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), but the observation group patients in the operation bleeding volume, length of incision, surgery after getting out of bed time, anal exhaust time and postoperative complication rate effects were significantly better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P lt; 0.05).
