精品论文 参考文献 胆道镜治疗老年胆道结石术后残余结石62例 郭建新 (河南西平县中医院外科 463900） 【中图分类号】R657.4 【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）05-0208-02 【摘要】 目的 探讨胆道镜治疗老年胆道结石术后残余结石临床效果。方法 回顾性分析了2009年1月～2012年1月我院收治的62例老年胆道结石术后残余结石患者的临床资料，并与同时采用传统手术治疗的62例胆道结石术后残余结石患者做对照。比对两组治疗效果及术后并发症。结果 观察组和对照组取石成功率分别为95.2%及80.7%，观察组取石成功率高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后并发症有发热、T管脱落、胆道出血。观察组术后并发症高于对照组，但两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 应用胆道镜治疗老年胆道结石术后残余结石具有安全、创伤小、费用低、残余结石取尽率较高的优点，是一种十分安全和行之有效的治疗方法。 【关键词】胆道结石 残余结石 胆道镜 老年 临床效果 【Abstract】 Objective To explore the therapeutic biliary endoscopy in elderly patients after operation of biliary tract residual stones clinical effect. Methods a retrospective analysis of 2009 January to 2012 January in our hospital in 62 elderly patients with calculus of bile duct residual stones after operation in patients with clinical data, and at the same time using the traditional operation in treatment of 62 cases of biliary calculi with residual stone after operation of controls. Comparison of two treatment and postoperative complications. Results in the observation group and the control group the successful rate is respectively 95.2% and 80.7%, the successful rate in observation group than in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (Plt;0.05). Postoperative complications included fever, fall off of the T tube, biliary tract bleeding. In observation group, postoperative complications was higher than that of control group, but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (Pgt;0.05).
