精品论文 参考文献 细节管理在肝胆外科患者管道护理管理中的应用 邵阳市中心医院 湖南邵阳 422000 【摘 要】目的：细节管理在肝胆外科患者管道护理管理中的应用进行分析研究。方法：从2015年3月至2016年7月来我院进行肝胆外科手术的患者中抽取160例，按照入院顺序进行编号，采用奇偶法分为对照组和干预组，每组各80例。对照组采用常规的护理方法，观察组则进行细节护理，可专门成立细节管理小组，加强管道护理细节管理的意识，促进细节管理流程的完善，并对护理人员加强培训。对两组患者的护理满意度及管道护理隐患的发生率进行比较。结果：两组患者经比较，干预组护理的满意度（97.50%）明显高于对照组护理满意度（78.75%），且干预组肝胆外科患者管道护理隐患发生率6.17%明显低于对照组24.39%，Plt;0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：在肝胆外科患者管道护理管理中实施细节管理，可以促进管道护理细节流程的完善，促使管道护理隐患的降低，增加患者健康知识的积累，对患者的健康起了重要作用，值得在临床推广。 【关键词】细节管理；管道护理；肝胆外科患者 [Abstract] objective：to detail the application of the management in patients with liver and gallbladder surgery nursing management are studied. Methods：from March 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital for patients with liver and gallbladder surgery of 160 cases，carried out in accordance with the admission sequence number，using the parity method was divided into control group and intervention group，80 cases in each group.
