精品论文 参考文献 精神障碍住院病人家属心理健康状况调查 陈青松 谢华 （靖江市第二人民医院 214500） 　　【摘要】目的 了解精神障碍住院病人家属的心理卫生状况并分析影响因素，为制定干预措施提供依据。方法 采用自制调查问卷和症状自评量表(SCL- 90)对 119 名精神障碍住院病人亲属的心理状况进行调查与分析。结果 精神障碍住院病人家属有心理问题者 109例，检出率是 91.6%;不同年龄段 SCL- 90 各因子得分比较， 在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁因子得分方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);不同病程病人家属SCL-90各因子得分比较，在躯体化、抑郁、偏执、精神病因子得分方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01);家属与病人关系不同，焦虑因子得分方面差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论 精神障碍住院病人家属心理健康状况较差，并因亲属年龄、与病人关系、病人病程不同而表现不同。 　　【关键词】 精神障碍 病人家属 心理健康状况 症状自评量表 　　【中图分类号】R195 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）37-0013-02 　　Investigation on health status of family members of patients psychological mental disorder in hospital 　　Chen Qingsong Xie Hua Jingjiang Second Peoples Hospital 　　【Abstract】Objective: to understand the mental health status of psychiatric hospitalization of the patients family and the analysis of influencing factors, and to provide evidence for the intervention measures. Results: the inpatients with mental disorder family have the psychological problems in 109 cases, the detection rate was 91.6%; comparison of different ages SCL- 90 scores in somatization, interpersonal relationship, depression, there were statistically significant differences in factor scores (P lt; 0.05 or P lt; 0.01); the different course of family members of patients SCL- 90 each factor score in somatization, depression, paranoid, psychotic, factor scores had significant differences (P ＜0.05 或 P ＜0.01); the relationship between the family and patients are different, the difference was statistically significant anxiety factor scores (P lt; 0.01).
