精品论文 参考文献 精神科长期住患者社会支持系统的探讨 大理州第二人民医院精神科二病区 云南大理 671000 【摘 要】目的 探讨我院长期住患者长住的原因，同时结合分析长住患者社会支持系统与长住原因之间的关系，寻找解决矛盾的突破口，为患者尽早出院接触社会，减轻家庭负担、政府压力，合理、节约利用社会公共医疗基础设施创造条件。方法 将在我院住院时间超过两年（包括两年）定义为长住患者，通过对我院69名长住患者的家庭情况、社会支持情况、长住原因、病因、自我照顾能力、有无疾病复发等几方面统计分析，总结长住患者留院的原因，分析导致出院的矛盾，同时找出解决矛盾的突破口。结果 在本组病例中，男性多于女性；住院时间主要集中在2-10年之间，占得比例为69.6%；患精神分裂的患者占多数；大部分患者有自理能力；25名患者病情有一定的波动，曾出现复发，复发次数在两次或两次以上，12名患者出现不同程度的精神衰退现象；长住患者长期留院原因主要是家庭拒绝接纳，其次是无人监管，病情不稳定、无法适应社会占少数。结论 精神病患者在社会上属弱势群体，导致长期住院的原因主要体现在家庭拒绝接纳、无人监管、病情稳定后复发、无法适应社会等方面，应该受到政府及社会的关注。 【关键词】精神病；长住患者；社会支持系统；出院；护理 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the causes of patients in our hospital stay long，combined with the analysis of the social support system and the relationship between the patients with permanent resident reasons，to find a breakthrough in resolving contradictions，as soon as possible for patients discharged into society，reduce the burden on the family，government pressure，reasonable，create conditions for economical use of social public medical methods in infrastructure.Our hospital for more than two years（including two years）is defined as the resident patients in our hospital，the family of 69 living patients，social support，resident reason，etiology，self-care ability，there is no recurrence of the disease and other aspects of statistical analysis，summed up the original resident hospital patients Because，discharge analysis leads to contradiction，and find a breakthrough in resolving contradictions.Results in this group of patients，more men than women；hospitalization time mainly concentrated in the 2-10 years，proportion is 69.6%；schizophrenia patients accounted for the majority；most of the patients with self-care ability；25 patients have certain fluctuations，had a relapse，recurrence times in two or more than two times，12 patients with varying degrees of mental decline phenomenon；long stay patients for long stay in hospital is the main reason why the family refused to accept，followed by the lack of supervision，the condition is uns
