大遗址保护利用应重视遗产地教育 ——以荆州大遗址保护片区为例 Attention Should Be Paid to the Education of Heritage Sites in the Conservation of Major Heritage Sites — With the Example of Jingzhou Major Heritage Conservation Area 长江大学楚文化研究院暨中国楚文化研究院（筹） 王红星 Wang Hongxing, Chu Culture Research Institute of Yangtze University (In Preparation) 内容提要：本文以湖北荆州大遗址保护片区为案例，认为遗产地教育的内容，包 括文化遗产保护利用的政策法规，所在地大遗址的内涵、沿革、价值，所在地大 遗址的利用前景。遗产教育的方法，除编写通俗易懂、简洁实用、特色突出的系 列文化遗产教育乡土教材之外，还可以拍摄电视专题、动漫，印制宣传册页、海 报，充分发挥报纸、杂志、电视、网络等大众媒介的传播作用。举办研讨会、培 训班和学术讲座，培训当地的中、小学教师和志愿者，使其成为遗产地教育的骨 干力量。遗产教育的目的，首要是让当地民众对当地文化遗产的核心价值有清楚 的了解，进而成为保护文化遗产的当地性原动力量。要之，大遗址所在地的文化 遗产教育，不仅能促进大遗址利用发挥更大的效益，而且会培养出当地居民的主 动保护意识，较之传统文化中的民间“禁忌”，当能起到更具成效的积极作用。 关键词：大遗址 遗产教育 传媒 保护 利用 Abstract: This paper, with the example of the Jingzhou Major Heritage Conservation Area in Hubei Province, believes that the contents of heritage education include policies and regulations concerning cultural heritage protection and utility, the connotations, changes and values of a major heritage site, and the prospect of utility of the heritage site. The methods of education, apart from compiling easy-to-understand and practical serial textbooks with local characteristics, can also include producing TV documentaries and animated films, printing brochures and posters, and bringing into full play the propagation function of newspapers, magazines, television, internet and other forms of mass communication. Seminars, training classes and academic lectures should be held to train middle and primary school teachers and volunteers and turn them into the backbones of heritage site education. The purpose of heritage education is to make the local people clearly understand the core value of local cultural heritage so that they can become the local force in protecting cultural heritage.
