精品论文 参考文献 浅析临床血常规检验中常见误差 五大连池市龙镇中心卫生院 164135 摘要： 目的 研究分析临床血常规检验中常见的误差问题。方法 此次研究的对象是选择50例健康体检者，采集其外周静脉血液标本，分别在不同温度、不同检测时间以及不同抗凝剂浓度下，对这50份血液标本进行血常规检验，对比血常规检验结果中的红细胞、白细胞以及血小板含量。结果 不同温度下进行血常规检验的结果中，白细胞含量和血小板含量比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。不同检测时间进行血常规检验的结果中，白细胞含量和血小板含量比较差异均有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。不同抗凝剂浓度下进行血常规检验的结果中，红细胞含量比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 对血液标本进行血常规检验时，血液标本保存温度不一致、检测时间不一致、抗凝剂浓度不合格均会导致检验结果出现误差。在血常规检验时，应制定血液标本保存温度、检测时间及抗凝剂浓度的统一标准，并严格按照规范步骤进行操作。 　　关键词： 血常规检验；误差；血液标本 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the error analysis of common problems in clinical routine blood test. Methods the study object is choose 50 cases of healthy persons and peripheral venous blood specimens were collected，respectively in different temperature and different detection time and different anticoagulant concentrations，of 50 samples from the blood samples of blood routine test，comparing the results of blood routine test of red cell，white cell and platelet content. Results under the different temperature of blood routine test results，the contents of white blood cell and platelet differences were statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）. Blood test results，the contents of white blood cell and platelet differences were statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）different detection time. Under different concentrations of anticoagulant for blood test results，the content of erythrocyte，the difference has statistical significance（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion of blood samples blood routine test，blood specimen storage temperature is not consistent，detection time inconsistency，concentration of anticoagulant unqualified will cause the results of test error. In the blood routine examination should make blood specimen storage temperature，uniform standards of testing time and the anticoagulant concentration，and operate strictly according to the standard procedure. [Key words] blood test；error；blood samples 血常规检验是临床最为常用的检查方法之一，主要是对血液标本中的红细胞、白细胞、血红蛋白以及血小板等指标进行检测和分析[1]。在临床诊断中，血常规检验的应用较为广泛，能够为疾病的临床诊治提供重要信息[2]。因此，减小血常规检验误差具有十分重要的意
