精品论文 参考文献 浅析中枢神经系统感染的CT及磁共振诊断 大庆龙南医院 163453 摘要：目的：研究并探讨中枢神经系统感染采取CT与磁共振诊断的效果。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院接诊的80例中枢神经系统感染患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，均进行CT诊断与磁共振诊断，对比分析检查结果。结果：CT诊断80例中枢神经系统感染患者，检出异常46例、正常34例，检出率为57.50%，磁共振诊断则检出异常78例、正常2例，检出率为97.50%，磁共振检出率显著高于CT诊断（Plt;0.05）；磁共振检出病脑、结脑等也明显高于CT诊断（Plt;0.05）。结论：中枢神经系统感染患者单纯采取CT诊断效果不佳，而联合磁共振诊断，则能提高确诊率，而且能更好地检出各种脑病，使得重视。 关键词：CT；磁共振；中枢神经系统感染；诊断 Abstract：Objective：To study the effect of CT and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection.Methods：the object of this study is in our hospital admissions of 80 patients with central nervous system infection were selected, the clinical data were retrospective analysis, were diagnosed by CT and MRI diagnosis, and to compare and analyze the test results.Results：CT diagnosis in 80 patients with central nervous system infection patients, and were abnormal in 46 cases, 34 cases were normal, the detection rate of 57.5%, diagnostic magnetic resonance detection of 78 cases of abnormal, normal in 2 cases, the positive rate was 97.50%, magnetic resonance detection rate was significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis（P lt; 0.05）；magnetic resonance detection of brain disease and brain are significantly higher than that of CT diagnosis（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with central nervous system infection can not only take CT diagnosis effect, but combined with magnetic resonance imaging, it can improve the diagnosis rate, and can better detect all kinds of encephalopathy, which makes it more and more attention. Key words：CT；magnetic resonance imaging；central nervous system infection；diagnosis 中枢神经系统感染属于一组神经组织受损及相应临床症状的疾病，指的是中枢神经系统或周围神经系统同时或分别受到不同生物病原体侵袭[1]，导致的症状。中枢神经系统感染若能尽早确诊，并及时治疗，能提高患者生存质量，为此对于诊断方法就有了更高的要求。近几年，我院将CT与磁共振应用在临床诊断中，现将结果报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 本次研究共计入选对象80例，全部为我院接诊的中枢神经系统感染患者，均经体格检查、脑脊液病原学检查等确诊，入选时间为2012年5月-2015年5月。80例患者中男患48例、女患32例；年龄22-84岁，均值42.6plusmn;4.9岁；病程1-30年，均值8.1plusmn;2.3年；确诊为脑囊虫病10例、病毒性脑炎（病脑）42例、化脓性脑膜炎（化脑）4例、结核性脑膜炎（结脑）19
