精品论文 参考文献 气阴两虚型隐匿性肾炎应用参芪地黄汤治疗的效果研究 黑龙江省中医药科学院 黑龙江哈尔滨 150036 【摘 要】目的：通过对气阴两虚型隐匿性肾炎患者的患病原因及治疗过程进行分析，探究中医治疗方法中参芪地黄汤加减治疗对于肾炎患者的治疗效果。初探参芪地黄汤加减治疗气阴两虚型隐匿性肾炎蛋白尿的作用机理，为临床治疗气阴两虚型隐匿性肾炎提供行之有效的方法。方法：选择符合试验标准的气阴两虚型隐匿性肾炎蛋白尿患者共80例，两组患者的性别、年龄、病程等一般临床资料比较，差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），具有可比性。随机分为两组，试验组和对照组各40例，在常规治疗的基础上，试验组40人给予加味参茂地黄汤治疗，对照组40人给予常规西药治疗，疗程均为6周，记录并分析试验前后相关指标变化。结果：治疗后与治疗前比较，治疗组中医证候总有效率 95%，对照组总有效率 55%；结论：经实验对比分析，参芪地黄汤加减治疗对于气阴两虚型隐匿性肾炎有较好的治疗效果。 【关键词】气阴两虚型；隐匿性肾炎；参芪地黄汤加减治疗 Study on the effect of Qi and yin deficiency type latent nephritis application of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction Treatment Abstract：Objective：Qi nephritis patients with occult causes and treatment of illness were analyzed to explore the Chinese medicine treatment methods Shenqidihuang decoction therapeutic effect for nephritis patients.On Shenqidihuang decoction for treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria mechanism provides an effective method for the clinical treatment of chronic nephritis.Methods：Qiroteinuria in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in line with the test criteria of a total of 80 cases of clinical data of gender，age，duration and other two groups，the difference was not statistically significant（Pgt; 0.05），comparable.Were randomly divided into two groups，the experimental group and the control group of 40 patients，on the basis of conventional treatment，the test group of 40 people given the modified Shen Mao Huang Tang treatment，control group of 40 people treated with conventional western medicine，a course of six weeks，recording and analysis of relevant indicators before and after the test.Results：Compared with before treatment after treatment，the treatment group syndromes total efficiency of 95% in the control group，the total efficiency of 55%；Conclusion：The experimental comparative analysis Shenqidihuang decoction for treating Yin Deficiency type occult nephritis better therapeutic effect.
