精品论文 参考文献 正畸治疗在口腔修复中的应用效果观察 雷万科 　　（四川省绵竹市人民医院口腔科；四川绵竹 618200） 　　摘要：目的：总结在口腔修复治疗中应用正畸治疗方式的疗效价值。方法：选择2013-07至2015-07期间于我院口腔科接受口腔修复治疗的86例患者进行口腔修复治疗，记录患者矫正修复期间发生的不良反应情况以及治疗有效率与满意程度。结果：正畸治疗在解决牙列间隙、排齐牙列、修正前牙内倾以及深覆牙合、反牙合、分配牙间隙、直立缺隙两侧牙轴等问题方面均可以达到完美的修复效果，恢复患者牙齿咬合功能。临床治疗总有效率可达95.35%，患者对修复效果及面部形象满意程度可达97.67%，显著高于接受义齿矫正的对照组患者（79.07%、74.42%），且正畸治疗中不良反应发生率低，plt;0.05，差异显著。结论：在口腔修复治疗中，正畸治疗可完美解决牙列间隙、排齐牙列、???正前牙内倾以及深覆牙合、反牙合、分配牙间隙、直立缺隙两侧牙轴等方面问题，明显提高患者对修复效果与面部形态的满意程度，不良反应发生率低，修复效果显著。 　　Abstract: Objective: To summarize the therapeutic value of orthodontic treatment in the treatment of oral cavity repair. Methods: select to 2013-07 2015-07 periods in Stomatology Department of our hospital accepted 86 patients with oral rehabilitation of prosthodontics treatment, patient records of corrective repair occurred during adverse reactions and treatment effective rate and degree of satisfaction with the. Results: orthodontic treatment in solving tooth column clearance, teeth alignment columns, anterior teeth introversion and deep bite correcting, crossbite, tooth gap distribution, vertical gap on both sides of the axis of tooth problems can achieve perfect repair effect, to restore patients with tooth occlusal function. Clinical total effective rate reached 95.35%, patients on repairing effect and facial image satisfaction up to 97.67%, significantly higher than that of accept correction of denture patients in the control group (79.07%, 74.42%), and orthodontic treatment of adverse reactions occur rate is low, P lt; 0.05, the difference was significant. Conclusion: in the treatment of oral repair and orthodontic treatment can perfectly solve the tooth column clearance, teeth alignment columns, anterior teeth introversion and deep bite correcting, crossbite, tooth gap distribution, vertical gap on both sides of the axis of tooth problems, improve the satisfaction of patients on the repair effect of facial morphology and adverse reactions occur rate is low, the repairing effect significantly.
