The effec tiveness of firstline chemotherapy ranges from 20% to 40%, and themedian survival tmi e of SCLC patients is 8 to 10months. The existing chemotherapy regmi en has reached the platform!. The SCLC therapymoves to themolecular levelw ith the discovery of a se riesof targetdrugs. However, the patients arenotsatisfiedwith the efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitors because the tmi eformaintaining positive effects is not long enough. Themedian tmi e toprogression (TTP) is 6 to 8months. For the recurrent or advanced SCLC best support care is used as themain therapeutic approach after the third line therapy. Sorafenib, amultitargeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor, can targetmultiple kinases of tumor cells smi ultaneously and exerta variety of pharmacologicalactivities. Thepatientcomplianceofsor afenibbased chemotherapy is better. It isw idely used in the treatment ofkidney cancer, liver cancer, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, breast cancer, and chronicmyeloid leukem ia, starting
