设计总说明 淮南矿业集团谢桥煤矿位于安徽省淮南煤田潘谢矿区的西部，东与张集矿井接壤，西与刘庄井田毗邻，南为新集矿区的罗园井田，北为陈桥背斜。其西南距颖上县20km，东南至凤台县约34km。经过多次地质勘探和补勘，查明区内储量丰富，地质条件较好。矿井共有可采煤层3层，煤层较稳定，构造简单，倾角平缓，适合建立现代化特大型矿井。本矿相对瓦斯涌出量为较大，属于煤与瓦斯突出矿井。 经仔细阅读谢桥矿建井设计的有关资料和数据，并经经济技术比较，最终确定，矿井设计年生产能力为4.00Mt，服务年限为63年。采用立井开拓，工业场地内设主、副和矸石井，并将井筒打在八线5孔西南400m处，东、西两翼分别设东、西回风井。第一水平定在-700m，在第一水平布置东、西翼主石门及第一水平井底车场，分两翼同时开采。采用全负压两翼对角抽出式通风方式通风，井下煤炭运输采用胶带运输方式。采煤方法为单一走向长壁采煤法，工作面工艺采用综合机械化开采。 在本说明书中，对井田的地质条件、井筒位置、主要设备、井底车场、采煤方法、采煤工艺都有详尽的说明，并赋有必要的插图。全部设计均严格参照《煤炭工业设计规范》以及《煤矿安全规程》中所规定的条款。 关键词：煤层；矿井；开拓；通风 The Design of Ventilation System and Safety Measures for Xieqiao Coal Mine of Hainan Mineral Industry Group Abstract:Xieqiao Coal Mine of the Huainan Mining Industry Group is located in the western Huai Nan coal field of Anhui Province. It meets Zhangji Mine in the east , Liuzhuang Mine in the west, Luo Yuan mine field of Xinji Mine in the south, and Chenqiao anticline in the north . It is apart from Yingshang County 20km from the southwest, Fengtai County approximately 34km from the southeast . Though geological exploration and later detection many times, we know that it contains rich coal deposition in some ascertain districts, and the geological condition is relatively good. This mine pit has 3 coal seams ,with the coal seams stable , the structure simple, the inclination angle gentle ,which is suitable to establish modern special large type mine pit. But this pit is also relatively rich in methane that belongs to the coal -and-gas spurt mine pit . After carefully reading construction design and related data of Xieqiao Mine, and after economical and technical comparison, finally determined, the mine pit is designed to produce 5.00Mt raw coal per year, the service life is 63 years. Useing vertical shaft exploitation, the industry plaza supposes the main, vice- and the gangue wells . The main well is located in the eighth line fifth hole 400m from the southwest .
