精品论文 参考文献 心理护理干预在ICU急性心肌梗死患者治疗中的应用 （泸州医学院附属医院重症医学科 四川 泸州 646000） 摘要:目的:探讨心理护理干预在ICU急性心肌梗塞患者治疗中的作用效果。方法:选取我院2014年10月~2015年3月收治的ICU急性心肌梗塞患者116例，依照随机方式将其分为常规组与心理组，每组58例。常规组患者实施常规护理，心理组患者在常规护理基础上增加心理护理干预措施，比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑评分及疼痛消失时间。结果:经过护理后，两组患者的SAS评分明显降低，心理组降低的幅度更为显著，且疼痛消失时间明显短于常规组，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:对ICU急性心梗患者实施心理护理干预措施，可明显改善患者心理状态，缓解患者的疼痛，有利于加快患者的康复进程。 关键词:心理护理干预；ICU；急性心梗；应用 The application on psychological nursing care on treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction in ICU Dou-Tingxiu (Department of ICU, Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College, Luzhou 646000, China) Abstract：Objective: To explorer the effect of psychological nursing care on treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction in ICU. Methods: A total of 116 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from October 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the psychological group, and each group had 58 cases. The control group received the routine nursing care, and patients in the psychological group were given the psychological nursing care on the basis of that. Scores of SAS before and after the nursing and time when plain disappeared were compared between two groups. Results: After the nursing intervention, scores of SAS of patients in two groups were lower than before, and the score of SAS in the psychological group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The time when pain died down was also shorter than that of the control group. All results were significantly different(P＜0.05). Conclusion: The targeted psychological nursing care could improve the psychological status of patients, relieve the pain of them with acute myocardial infarction in ICU，which was helpful to speed up the rehabilitation of patients.
